1. Consultation & Site Analysis
We start by understanding the clients requirements and the workable space On-site consultation where possible
- Assessment of wind exposure, anchoring options, access & logistics
- Functional brief: seating layout, circulation, weather strategy, lighting, heating, branding
No site visit? No problem - we work from:
- Architectural plans and detailed sketch ups
- Surveyed dimensions
- Photos & video walk-throughs
This allows us to make an assessment and do a preliminary costing.
2. Concept Design & Compliance
After the quote estimate is confirmed our design team develops a full 3D model with engineering guidelines including:
- CAD model + 3D render
- Pole strengths, positions & foundations
- Structural load calculations
- Wind-load, tensioning & anchoring planning
- Drainage & fall-management strategy
We also discuss local code compliance, landlord approvals, and engineering sign-offs. This step eliminates risk and mitigates any potential issues prior to fabrication
3. Precision Fabrication
Once final drawings are approved, we move into the production phase.
- Contour UltraFlex™ architectural membrane
- Ultrasonic welded structural seams (no needle holes)
- Reinforced load-points and engineered connection detailing
- Fabric tension allowances calculated into panel design
4. Delivery & Site Preparation
Your structure is manufactured at our ISO-certified facility and shipped worldwide.
Meanwhile, the site is prepped:
- Anchoring and footings installed
- Pole sleeves and foundation positions set
- Power & underground services identified and protected
By the time the tent arrives, the foundation work is done - installation becomes fast and controlled.
5. Installation, Tension & Handover
Installation is carried out by:
- Nomadik’s professional rigging teams, or
- Certified Nomadik-approved installers
Post installation:
- 14-day tension-settling period
- Return visit for re-tensioning & final inspection
- Handover + maintenance guidance
- Structural Engineering Compliance Certification provided where applicable
Result: a perfectly built-for-purpose stretch structure that is safe, weatherproof and built to last.
